For those with handicaps higher than 20

For those without handicaps, playing our popular flag events

Qualify for the finals at the Scottish Open. Open to all tour members

Open to members of the stableford series and strokeplay tour only

Junior Matchplay Cup

New for 2020 we are launching a junior matchplay cup which is open to all competitors playing in either the strokeplay tour or stableford series.

ties will be drawn and played throughout the season until we get to our final winners for each category!

Junior Skills Challenge

2020 sees the return of our Junior Skills Challenge, we are returning with events across scotland, so this is your chance to demonstrate your drive chip and putt ability and earn a spot at our finals at this years scottish open!

Upon registering for any of our tours you will be invited to participate at each skills challenge event free of charge!

Gregor Monks

This year we are offering group coaching as part of each players tour sign up with Gregor Monks. I am sure Gregor won’t be a stranger to most of you, but if he is then let me assure you that he is one of Scotlands top coaches with a keen focus on helping to develop the next crop of Scotlands top golfers! 

Gregor will have various sessions throughout the season and you will be invited to sign up as the sessions come up

Session one – Playsport Golf – Sunday 29th March

Come along and get your swing in shape! 

This year we are also introducing our first 2 day event. This will take place at the wonderful Spey Valley Golf Resort in Aviemore on Friday 8th May and Saturday 9th May. The MacDonald Hotel Group have been kind enough to give all those attending a preferrential room rate for dinner, bed and breakfast. Everyone will be able to sign up for this in the coming weeks. 

Our Events

We exist to get Junior golfers out playing this wonderful game. Whether you are challenging to win the county open or are just starting out on your golfing journey this is the place to be! We cater for all, with our 18 hole strokeplay and 9 hole stableford events to our flag events for those a little earlier in their career on the course we will get you out playing with those of similar ages and abilities. Our flag events consist of each player being awarded 36 shots to get as far round a shortened golf course as possible. Points are awarded based on each players finishing position in the flag event and stableford score in both the 9 and 18 hole stableford.   For those returning from previous years it is nice to see you back, for those new to the tour then a very warm welcome!

Summer Series

A summer special week long event which is free of charge to members of any of our tours! just a little something to keep everyone busy over the summer holidays!

This is our version of a junior week! This week will run from Monday 20th July – Friday 24th July, venues will be announced shortly….5 full days of golf in the Summer holidays, the way it should be!

 

Tour players will be able to register through the private link that will be sent over to you, if you aren’t a member of the tour then you may be able to sign up for this separately, however this will be dependant on the number of spaces available, we expect this to be a popular week with tour members!

Portugal 2020

Fancy being part of JFC on tour? Come join us on a little trip to the sunshine at Penina Golf Resort in Portugal on a 7 day break, Saturday 10th October – Saturday 17th October. Golf in the sun, what could be better?! To find out more information about the trip including costs register your interest below and you will be sent an email with all the details included! Everyone will be given the opportunity to register their interest at the time of signing up for the tour and will pay a small deposit with options to pay the balance in instalments.

The itinerary is as follows:

Saturday 10th October – Arrival

Sunday 11th October – Golf on the Championship Course

Monday 12th October – Golf on the Academy Course

Tuesday 13th October – Golf on the Championship Course

Wednesday 14th October – Day off

Thursday 15th October – Golf on the Resort Course

Friday 16th October – Golf on the Championship Course

Saturday 17th – Return Home

 

Pricing will be emailed to those who opt to receive more information during the tour registration process. A small deposit will be required per person to reserve a spot with the option to pay in instalments to follow
